All the staff members are brilliantly helpful and service-minded. This hotel offers best possible and peaceful location very close to the main market, the buses and the main attractions. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like Olives that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast was satisfactory and adequate as expected with fresh squeezed juices and cooked eggs, for instance. Loved staying at the guest room on zeo-floor wi-fi connection. The service was efficient, just like I expected. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. The setting was practical and quiet, close to the cable car, both mountains, and magical Madeira.

Had 3 nights in Funchal, spent our time here lovely. The unit we got was reasonably priced and large with great views, clean beds plus bar. The location was best possible and nice, at a moderate distance from Madeira Congress Center. You could walk to a shopping centre and a main market.
Didn't find WiFi connection which we wanted.

Really enjoyed our stay, had nice 3 days overall. We stayed in the triple room equipped with the terrace. The location was stunning and brilliant, for example, an art museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this romantic and quirky accommodation from the airport.
